2019 Clinic information

Our volleyball academy runs clinics for youth ages 6-18, ages 14-18 session 1 and ages 6-13 session 2. Each clinic is 4 hours long, registration is $35 per clinic with $5 off for current Liberty Elite players, special event clinics (college hosted clinics) will be $45 each with $5 off for current Liberty Elite players. For those kids who receive free or reduced lunches through the school system your clinics are FREE. (Those that qualify must provide approved paperwork from the school system in order to participate.) Pre-registration is encouraged for all special events as there will be a cut off limit for attendance. Each clinic will cover the many skills that a volleyball player must learn and master. Our clinics will not only teach youth how to be good volleyball players, but will also develop each players character, providing players with the opportunity to stay active during the off-season while developing their skills and foundations.

Within in the 4 hours that we have the athletes, we will also be incorporating sports performance clinics conducted by a prior athletic trainer who has also been trained in strength and conditioning. These clinics will include; speed and agility, vertical jump work, reaction time, core work, footwork, and a variety of other cardio-high performance drills that will  keep our athletes primed for the upcoming season.
